Your subscription

Price, the free trial, how to cancel, refunds and failed payments are all on Your subscription. To cancel: Settings → Subscription → Cancel subscription, in the app or on the web. Two taps, no phone call, no reason required.

Signing in

Forgot your password? On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot your password? and we email you a link to set a new one. You can also tap Email me a link instead to sign in without a password. Lost the phone you use for two-factor sign-in? Write to us and we will help you back in.

Your books and your account

To take a copy of everything: Settings, then Your data and privacy, then Download everything. To delete your account: Settings → Delete account. It cancels your subscription right away (unused time isn't refunded), so download a copy first if you want one.

Got an estimate or invoice from a contractor?

The business that sent it uses Tailgate Books for its paperwork. For anything about the work, the price or a payment, reply to the email it came in. That reaches the business directly.
